NPCs are scattered across every main island of The Forge. They are responsible for handling everything from tutorials and core progression to shops, crafting, and quests.

• Merchants will buy your loot and sell equipment, potions, and tools.
• Quest Givers drive the plot forward and reward experience, gold, and items.
