Runemaker

Runemaker is an NPC in The Forge responsible for socketing Runes into equipment, such as weapons, armor, and pickaxes. To use the Runemaker’s service, players must have a Runes in their inventory, some Gold, and an item with available Runes slots (which are unlocked through the Enhancer. Despite the name, he does not create Runes — he only embeds them into gear.
